How to Setup Mailing Lists in your Plesk Account

Mailing Lists in Plesk Linux Service Plan Setup

What Is the Mailing Lists Setting?

In Plesk for Linux, the Mailing Lists setting within a service plan enables or disables the mailing list service for domains under that plan. This service is powered by GNU Mailman, allowing users to create and manage email distribution lists directly from the Plesk interface. When enabled, customers can set up mailing lists to send emails to multiple subscribers at once, such as for newsletters or announcements.

  • Location in Plesk:
Go to Service Plans > select a plan > Mail section.
Here, you will find the option Switch on mailing lists. Enabling this allows the use of mailing lists for all subscriptions under the plan.

How Does a Customer Set Up a Mailing List?
